Thanks Jerry, the water outlet on the engine was clogged just as you
suspected and it was a simple fix.   I just stuck a small piece of wire in
the hole to open it and when I started the engine , the water flowed freely.
A friend told me that running the motor in reverse may free any blockage-
I'll keep that in mind too.  Again thank you.
