[Rhodes22-list] Forward lower stay extender for mast raising

Hi:
I leave my winch on the boat off-season at the boatyard. Below is picture
of chain - it is 6 links w/ snap hook at each end.
I am not sure what 'tool' would improve on the current system, since you
can choose and mark the link that best transfers control using the chains
provided (see the GB manual: Mast Hoist System - revised 3/08 - page 5).
