Bike Friday (link <https://www.bikefriday.com/>) in Eugene builds great
folding bikes - They are expensive but you can design your own (sort of
like a Rhodes).
You might contact them for advice.
If you want full scale racing bikes, I have friends who have converted
their racing bikes to fold up - conversion was also expensive.
