Pax, my 1981 Rhodes 22 is offered for sale. Asking price is $4200.  The
boat is in the water and available for a test sail.

I will pay 10% of the final selling price to the buyer to cover GB

The boat is in good shape, clean, without leaks, and ready to go, with a
two-axle trailer and a nice little 5-hp 4-cycle Tohatsu, plus all the usual
pfds, ground tackle, etc.  I've even located a hand-held gps to go with it.
