[Rhodes22-list] Tiller Hiking Stick Bolt

Marc,

Take the tiller off the boat and place it upside down on a sand beach.
Fill the nut hole with sand.  Rotate the hiking stick until the nut is
tight.  Turn the till over and rinse off in the water.
