[Rhodes22-list] Boat doesn't come up into wind

Your talking about "weather helm".  I've seen this on my boat a little, and
I believe its mostly in how you trim the sails and the boom/traveler
position.  Try moving the traveler windward and see how that responds, or
loosen the jib sheets some.
