[Rhodes22-list] Boat doesn't come up into wind

My Rhodes also balances easily so I can sail upwind for miles with the tiller
not tied down. On a brisk day I like to stand in companionway where it's
warm and comfortable with good visibility. I have noticed lee helm on one
tack but not the other - maybe outboard is acting like a brake if it's down.
Yeah, best not to fall overboard
