[Rhodes22-list] Boat doesn't come up into wind

Any size tethered adult dragging in the water will turn a 22' sailboat.

If you like riding the big waves, the easier arrangement is two jacklines
shackled from the bow cleat and tied to the aft cleats running along each
side outside the shrouds.  Tie to the swim ladder at least a 3 step rope
ladder to extend it.  And hang the motor kill switch lanyard down overboard
so you can yank it from the water.

Tether yourself to the windward line when going forward.  Of course, it is
best your widow gets your empty shell nicely wrapped in a life jacket.
