Ted:  if you are running the bilge discharge you remove the sole and go forward through the starboard bulkhead down low under the sole.  (You cant go straight under the sink because the hull is too close)There should be limber holes allowing water forward of the bulkhead to drain into the bilge.  Mine didnt have them drilled out but they clearly should have been as there was a channel in the ballast covering for it. Then the bilge hose turns up behind the head and goes back to the undersink area via a notch in the bulkhead. You then can T in to the through hull draining the sink.  Some models have a second through hull for a dedicated bilge discharge but i dont think thats needed.
Resist the urge to go aft with the bilge discharge because that makes the hose too long and will cycle your bilge switch on and off draining the battery as the tube drains water back when it kicks off.
Did that make sense?
I also think the aft locker needs a seperate bilge pump.
