I know the feeling. Things that look intuitive almost never are. We did the
same thing, but managed to get it back together.

Replacing the IMF sail requires unstepping the mast and pulling the IMF
assembly out the bottom, and then pulling out the bolt rope attached main.
We did this last year and can't remember where the donuts go and various
connections attach. Last year it looked so intuitive we didn't even take
pictures or notes. Stupid us. Would anyone be able and willing to draw a
diagram labeling from top to bottom what's placed along the furler inside
and outside the mast along with advice?  Thanks.
