[Rhodes22-list] Boom Vang for the R22

Yes it would and indeed that is what some of the bigger sailboats do.
However one of the beauty's of the R22 mainsheet system is that it keeps
the cockpit free of traveller and mainsheet clutter. I haven't seen a R22
with the traveller on the companionway coaming but I envisage it being very
much in the way of  getting in and out of the cabin.
