Bill,
Portman marina would be your best bet. Big water marina is about fifteen  
minutes further down the lake,but it is mostly a sailboat marina. There are  
Interstate and state roads that cross the lake which have to be taken into

weekend.
I will be coming down Hwy. 11 so a ramp near the NW  portion of the lake
would be nice. If I could find a place to leave it for
