Rhodes 22 originally constructed in 1993; factory refurbished in 2000 & 2008;
red hull with white and light grey topside.  For more details about this

Primary sails: In-mast-furled mainsail, new in 2010 with vertical batten;
roller furled 170% genoa; new in 2010. Replaced sails included as spares.

Secondary sail: Cruising spinnaker (asymmetric) new in 2012.

Aux. power: 8 hp Yamaha (2008), 4 cycle, electric start, power tilt, tiller
throttle & transmission controls

Electronics: Garmin 441s gps chartplotter and depth sounder on cabin
bulkhead; Raymarine ST1000+ tiller autopilot; VHF radio; bulkhead compass.

Other features: Keel/centerboard design (24” w/ board up), ice box, 4 foot
galley counter with sink and butane stove, pressure water (cold only), fully
enclosed marine head, pop-top cabin, bimini, two opening screened portholes,
two opening top hatches, custom pop-top enclosure and cockpit screening,
rudder-outboard interconnect (makes docking a breeze); single person mast
raising system; stern seats; two batteries, both charged by individual solar
panels; cockpit cushions; standing rigging IRAN by Sailing, Inc. in 2014.
