[Rhodes22-list] Screw pulled out on anchor mount

Well, I climbed my big ass face first into the v birth to find bolts. Issue is, no washers or nuts. Not even on the other bolts that hold the chain plate in place. (See picture)

These bolts were not effected from my meeting with the dock, so I am assuming they were overlooked when recycled at the factory.
I'll throw some washers and nuts on them. Should I use any sealant when reinserting the missing bolt with new washers and bolts?
