[Rhodes22-list] Jib sheets hang-up

Hi friends:
     On my boat (recycled '87) by jib sheet usually hangs up on the lower forward chain plate in a tack.  Has anyone devised a fix to allow the line to slide across the turnbuckle as opposed to wedging under it?  Thanks.
