[Rhodes22-list] masthead light--recycle do overs

Ted,

Where do the two wires to the breaker panel connect? Are they power and
ground or both power (anchor and steam)?  Does the 3rd wire connect to a
ground terminal or run to a ground block that is connected to ground on the
battery?
