[Rhodes22-list] Chainplate access

Be careful. I was misled by those old pictures to think the chainplate goes straight down. It actually bends 90° and is held under the plywood deck core. The chain plate is pulling up because the core is rotten. I cut out the top deck in about a 3" square near the chain plate,removed the rotten core and replaced it with marine grade plywood held down with epoxy and a screw and washer on the cabin roof. I will try to find some pictures.
