I thought that Plasteak was an overlay. Do they make solid trim as well?

Try PlasTeak.  They have patterns for the companionway hatch and few trim
items.  Or send them your old trim for exact match.

After 5 years, mine still looks new and the boat looks a lot younger.  Zero
maintenance.
