 Graham,

I bought a refitted 2002 this summer so its probably about as 'current' as any. I specifically requested an upgrade to LED lights, since it made a HUGE difference for my dingy trailer reliability. Since I'm a dingy guy, I experimented overnighting on Stan's rental before committing to the dream. His old 'Pathfinder' lacked solar cells, generator, and I was deprived of shore power. I'm not sure the boat was equipped, but the town wouldn't share anyway since they were hosting a bunch of big yacht racers and really wished I wasn't squatting on their wall. The harbormaster tried to chase all of us commoners out and wouldn't even give us a key to the restrooms!!! Anyway, LED lights rose even higher on my list as I wasn't sure how long the interior lights would burn for. Because of poor wind except during the severe nighttime storms, I didn't even attempt a night sail.
My boat was delivered with LED lights on the bow pulpit that somehow clear the anchor bracket. I can take pictures Wednesday (I finally get to take my parents sailing). There is a navigation white on the stern rail as well, both with the wires fished inside the tubing plus the 360' light on the masthead. The interior has very nice aimable LED flood lights facing forward from the cockpit bulkhead for the settee, aiming forward from the tension post / head bulkhead for the V berth, and a light (I forget what kind) in the head to help aim. There is a fluorescent in the galley. I don't know if he has a surplus inventory of these, or just hasn't found a LED he likes as much. The arrangement looks good, but I won't be able to attempt my first cruise until next year after I update my tow vehicle and motor.
