[Rhodes22-list] Navigation Lights and table base pictures

Hi Ted:
Thanks for the great pictures. The nav lights look great.
What is the black block that is above the bow light for? Is the black
bracket bolted to a stainless steel bracket and is that bracket welded to
the bow pulpit? Do you know what that black material is made of?
