[Rhodes22-list] Tiller/motor connection pics?

Yes, the motor is locked in the straight ahead position and the rudder is down and locked, but I seem to have little to no steering control, especially in reverse. I end up steering with the motor as well in very tight quarter which is a pain and has its own issues. 

I'm just looking for a way to make it all easier...
