Probably haven't changed much but I don't know if they were different 
for standard mast vs an in-mast furling mast.

One thing to consider with the CDIs is that the drum is enclosed. I 
much prefer an open drum but know that many people have been happy 
with the CDIs.

Another thing to consider is you may need a new luff tape/wire/rope 
for your headsail. I believe they vary in dimension from furler to 
furler. I know that that we had a new one added by Sailcare for the 
SnapFurl as the one for our old GBI furler was not right for the 
SanpFurl. The documetation for each furler will tell you what you need.
