I mount a GoPro on the back rail and run video. Then I use the GoPro Studio
software to find the best moment for a single shot and pull a still photo
off the video. That way I don't have to worry about catching a particular
moment because the video provides lots of options. Here is a nice comparison
of two shots showing the difference in the horizon with the heeling.
