Ted:

The wrap pins look very easy to use and eliminate the need to tape cotter
pins.  I  found a fast release pin system a couple of years ago but they are
very expensive a oversized for our 22 foot boat.  The wrap looks like a good
option.

I sent you an email about my new fiberglass tiller I recently purchase from
Stan and will need to drill holes into the nice new fiberglass.
