Let me know when you are ready to sell!  I enjoy your videos and seeing the new features General Boats has added to the Rhodes 22.  I wish I had some of the stuff Stan had "lying around" on my boat. For my first project of the off-season, I decided to replace the plywood and carpet floor of the main cabin area with solid hardwood floor. I think this will be easier to clean, and provide better access to the main bilge access panel and a new access panel for a depth/speed/temperature instrument (an upcoming project).
