[Rhodes22-list] Hurricane Matt

Ted:

     I sailed today and thought about dropping an anchor to help with the mooring.  But I am on a river in the upper Chesapeake.  All of the paths steer pretty clear of me (famous last words).  Hope y'all in the path can batten down as needed.
