Hi Dennis,

Her overall condition is good, especially for a 1979.  She does need work in the cabin but it's clean and serviceable.  The pop top works, the engine is a 9.9 4 stroke.  I've never had the swing keel down but not sure what the diamond board extension is.  The sails are in good shape and I have a spinnaker as well.  Finally, yes, there is a serviceable trailer but it has no lights currently.  3 of the 4 wheel bearing were replaced in the last 2 years.  The trailer could use some love but it would get you you're going.

She sails real nice though, very fun boat.  We only used it as a day sailor because we had the house in the water but I've slept on her a few times at the dock.
