Hi,

   We drive this route a lot.  We leave Fairfax, VA nlt 6 am to avoid heavy traffic on the dc beltway, up I-95, cross the Del Mem Bridge to NJ Tpk, N on Garden state parkway, NY I-287, I-95 (rejoined north of NYC, I-195 at Providence, MA State rte 25.  At the Cape Cod Canal, you can continue on 28, or cross over to Rte 6 (probably faster) to Hyannis.  Signage is good so it should be no problem.  any ? call me 703 2676126
