Your offer is very inviting but until my wife retires I am afraid major
trips by water - even transatlantic - aren't in the cards. Have a great
winter in the Bahamas. I hope you keep the log going so I can enjoy your
adventures vicariously.

Oh yes it is complicated.  But this from a guy who was going to "fix up" an
old boat in a couple of weeks (grin)  Hey, I'll crew for you on the
transatlantic.  Seriously if you want to sail over to the Bahamas in the
winter we will be there on our Catalina387 so you are welcome to use us as a
base or if you do need a crew for the crossing I might be able to help out.
