[Rhodes22-list] R22 for sale

Things are changing for me.  Between getting house ready for market, and
house hunting for a younger sister  having health and financial problems, 
the R22 is sitting in the side yard.  Last year I went out about 20 times
which is less than half  previous years .    While not an easy decision I
thought that I should sell the R22 so I could focus on tasks at hand so I
can eventually travel across country.   I have a 1990 R22 that I bought
recycled from Stan in 2008 that has IMF, fairly new sails (130 jib),
portapotti, pop top enclosure, bimini, 2008 single axle Triad trailer,
cockpit cushions, and other stuff. Condition is good to very good.  Asking
$12,000.  Pictures to follow soon.  Anyone interested can email me off list.
