[Rhodes22-list] wax on...wax off

HI, Rhodies,
I'm trying to get "Lady" ready to sell...I need guidance as to polishing the hull. 
I believe it is paint...is that correct? (she was recycled by Stan & is the original whatever he puts on it...)
What is on there and what can I use to spiff it up as there is oxidation in places.
Hate to sell her but just don't have time to sail w/two grand babies ....
