[Rhodes22-list] Gallons per hour

Trying to type on a phone.  My basic question, does hp divided by ten provide and accurate estimate of gallons per hour.

equals .8 gallons per hour at 3/4 speed 5 kts.  Does this seem about right?
That would give a five gallon tank about 25 km plus.
