[Rhodes22-list] Lubricating the motor hoist

I drove down to the lake to check on my boat today and start the engine, and I had some difficulty lowering and then raising the outboard, using the manual hoist.  It seems to me that some form of lubricating the rollers in the hoist frame might help.  Has anyone found a good way to do that?
