[Rhodes22-list] Sailing the Med

So Bob ask for a picture of his former trailer.  Attached for you Bob is a
fabulous picture, well a pretty good one anyway.

Just finishing emptying everything out of the boat.  Will tow it down to
Matero Marina about 17 km away, north along the coast.  Then I'll come back
for all the crap.  Somehow water got in either last year in the Port of
Baltimore, The port of Barcelona or in the storage shed.  Made more of a
mess than real damage.  Only lost a half dozen tools and will need to clean
up some more.  At least it was fresh water.  The tongue of the trailer is
welded on and is about 52+mm whereas all the ball hitches here in Spain are
50mm.  This makes for a less than secure fit.  Not easy to switch out
tongues hence the empty trailer tow.  Thinking of some bicycle inner tubes
to add some extra resistance to jumping off the ball.  Well Friday at 6am
should prove the theory.  Gulp.
