[Rhodes22-list] Locking the Pop-Top?

I bought the fender clip and the jam cleat mentioned in this thread, but I
can't get the jam cleat to hold the line. Not sure what I'm dong wrong. Can
Mary Lou or Chris tell me how you configured the jam cleat so that it holds
the line.
