[Rhodes22-list] Anyone know what this part is?

Thanks Peter and Mary Lou...the video and stills are helpful. If I can’t
get the long screws in from the inside of the mast and I really don’t feel
like lowering the mast for this, then I might try drilling holes from the
outside and converting to the nut&bolt design Peter has. That would be a
more secure solution anyway. Olivier
