[Rhodes22-list] Anyone know what this part is?

Oliver,
At first glance/going from memory, it looks like the stop the mast's furling tube bushing rides against. It’s tapped into the internal part of the whole block assembly that the boom attaches to. How both screws backed out is a mystery, unless the tore out with some other force from the furling tube? for me, it’s been a couple years since that was removed, so I’m sure others can add more detail.
