[Rhodes22-list] adjusting forestay tension with GB jib furler

I believe I have the standard GB jib furler.   How could I go about adjusting
forestay tension with the setup shown in the attached photos?  Or is that
fixed and simply controlled by the angle of the mast as a result of the
backstay tension?  Or perhaps an adjustment where the forestay connects to
the mast?
