I would remove the remote system, then rewire manual switch 1 system could back feed other and let the magic blue smoke out. mine needed 30 amp fuse I think this attachment is how I wire it  Mark s/v Fairwind 2

I want to convert the Badlands 2500 Winch Motor for my motor lift from a
wireless remote to a rocker switch. I would appreciate guidance for doing
this. It seems pretty straightforward but maybe I’m overlooking something.
