[Rhodes22-list] First sail on my Rhodes and leaks!

I experienced the same when I first purchased my used Rhodes many years
ago. I had trailered it about a 1000 miles home. Upon inspection the
centerboard rubber gasket was fine but many of the fasteners must have
jiggled loose. Tightening them fixed it and no leaks after ten years.
