Dear Mr. Corley,

If you lost your Mast Hoist instruction booklet, please be advised that 
as a default ROC member you are entitled to two more free copies and 
thereafter as many as you wish at $100 a copy; until it becomes more 
economical to purchase another mast hoist system as they come with the 
instructions, warnings and all that good stuff included.
