[Rhodes22-list] Bow Eye vs. Bow Cleat?

So, if I understand correctly, you re-thread the rode through the bow eye each time you anchor.  I’ll admit that I’ve never tried to reach the bow eye from the deck of the boat, but it doesn’t sound like an easy maneuver.
