[Rhodes22-list] Bow Eye vs. Bow Cleat?

I have enjoyed and learned from this discussion.  I have always used the cleat but will try out some of these suggestions for the bow eye.  I came across the Danick anchoring hook that might have some relevance to solving an easy way to attach the rode to the bow eye while still allowing the rode to be easily let out.
