[Rhodes22-list] Hull Identification Number

So, my HIN is GBX220114D79.  According to my new state (Georgia) and this
website the HIN is invalid...

How has my fellow Rhodies handled this?  I've been trying to register this
boat now for 6 months in Georgia and they can't seem to help me figure it
out.
