[Rhodes22-list] Strange Electrical Problem

You might check for a faulty connection with the terminals pressed on the
end of the wires running between the battery & the terminal block. I had a
similar problem with my VHF one time and it ended up being a bad connection
that was limiting the current but not the voltage. At least that's how it
appeared.
