[Rhodes22-list] electric motor raising winch setup

Anyone out there in the Baltimore Annapolis area who has an electric motor
raising setup.  The Red Rhodes I just bought has a broken,
semi-detached one and I was hoping that I might get a look at a working one
in person.  Of course mask and social distancing is the fashion
statement of the day.  Thanks!
