Here we go again...meaning trying to figure out who is eligible for full
factory support and purchasing parts.
By your salutation "Hi Stranger" I assumed that Sean is not a holder of a
coveted C of S or ROC.
That whole conversation; explaining the certificate and the
counterintuitive royalty scheme for private boat sales, replays every 18
months or so.

Or was my assumption wrong (as usual) and my reply premature?
