I'm not aware of Stan making rudders out of HDPE.  If he is, that's news to me.  My rudder blade also needed replacing and I believe they gave me a new fiberglass one.  - rob

   My rudder has holes and needs to be rebuild but was wondering if anyone had the new Solid HDPE rudder from GB?  If so, is it a NACA 0012 design? And cost? Just want the rudder!
