[Rhodes22-list] outboard shifter lever extension

Wow.
I’ve been trying to figure out a solution for this for two years. I was
going to end up with something way more complicated like I usually do. I’ll
get mine done in the next few days. Thanks very much for the idea,
explanation and great pictures.
