[Rhodes22-list] Converting Electric Winch Motor Lift to a Manual System

I have the 6:1 manual. No surprise that It lifts my ~30 lb. Torqeedo1003L
w/no problem. It does stick when lowering on occasion,  but can be jiggled
into submission.
